You might think it a bit odd, but I have a favourite tea towel! I'm a bit embarrassed to admit it but it's true. There is something about having nice tools that makes even the most mundane of everyday tasks much more manageable. Posh tea towels, tactile laundry baskets, fluffy ostrich feather dusters all help get the job done with less pain.  As the famous William Morris quote goes, 'Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful.' Or better still, both. 

When we're chatting to customers they often ask if our homes look like the shop, so we thought we'd write a series of blogs to show you. Perhaps unsurprisingly given we're sisters, we have the same core style - at least two of us have to like every product we buy for the shop - but we each have our own distinctive twists.
